After earning his BBA in 1991 Sean Crabtree began his career in the start-up and build out of what is today one of the largest telecommunications networks in the world. It was here that he worked closely with small businesses in nearly every arena, and he discovered first-hand the major difficulties dentists face. While their entire education is spent learning to work clinically in their business, they lack the training necessary to successfully work on their business.
Seeking to change that Sean founded The Crabtree Group and for well over two decades he has worked closely with hundreds of dentists and dental teams all across the United States, Western Canada and the Caribbean. His clients are multi-million or million dollar plus practices and on average boast a 46% increase in production and collection while in many cases working fewer hours per day and fewer days per year when joining his programs!
His book, Dental Profits – How to Multiply Your Practice Revenue Without Multiplying The Number of New Patients is set to be released in July and highlights specifically what he does to attain this growth.
He resides with his wife and daughter on the shores of Tim’s Ford Lake in Winchester, Tennessee.
